My name is Candy Foster and I am a Live in this session I will connect remotely and will start from the crown chakra at the top of your head and work my way down to the earth chakra just below the feet.
This will be a real time session and only for your highest and best group.
Reiki is an ancient healing modality where I become a channel of the divine healing energy of the universe.
Reiki is all about free will.
So to receive the healing energy from this session just say yes out loud or in your mind.
I'll ask you to find a comfortable position preferably lying down where you can relax and just focus on your breath.
Start to relax your mind and your body.
I will now take a few moments to connect remotely and begin.
Please take a deep breath in and softly let it go.
Continue to softly breathe.
Bring your attention to the top of your head.
The crown chakra.
Just notice any sensations that might feel.
Make feelings of motion in your mouth,
In your breath.
Your breath,
Your sensations.
Just allow yourself to relax.
Notice any hitches in the place where it catches.
Allow it to smooth out.
Allow it to smooth your rhythm.
Feel things start to balance.
Feel any tension rise above the chest.
Just release it with an exhalation.
Bring your attention down to the third eye,
Right between the eyebrows.
Notice any sensations here.
The third eye,
The eyes,
The heat,
The vibration,
Any sensations at all.
Again,
Notice any hitches in the flow.
Those catches,
Points of maybe a blockage,
Stuck energy.
Any tension may rise up in your chest.
Just allow yourself to release that on an exhalation.
Feel the energy start to smooth out.
The third eye,
The eyes,
The heat,
The vibration,
Any sensations at all.
Now bring your attention down to the third eye,
Right between the eyebrows.
Just relax on your muscles,
On your thoughts.
Feel the soothing energy surrounding the throat,
Front and back.
Feel the warmth.
Release that energy starting to balance.
A little smoother,
Softer.
Feeling stuck here.
The fourth eye,
The eyes,
The heat,
The vibration,
Any sensations at all.
It needs to be communicated.
Trust that whatever comes to mind,
Must come right now for a reason.
Listen to your intuition.
Bring your attention to high heart chakra,
Your upper chest.
Just allow yourself to relax.
Let go of whatever comes up in you.
Allow this energy to flow through.
Let it as unclear.
Prepare.
And balance.
Let it as unclear.
As that tension rises up,
Feel free to just exhale.
Hardly let it go.
Listen.
Let it flow through.
Allow yourself some time here.
Time to feel whatever comes up.
Release on the exhalation.
Let it flow through.
Moving down to the heart chakra in the center of the chest.
Allow your heart to open up.
Let this healing energy in.
And as that tension rises,
Let it go on the exhalation.
Breathe it out and let it go.
You have to open your heart up to heal.
Remember,

You're safe to open up.
Allow that tension to release with the exhalation.
Feel the energy flee.
And smoother and smoother.
Let it flow through.
Your attention down to solar plexus.
Between your ribcage and your belly button.
Your power center.
Your inner strength.
Feel this energy approaching.
Allow the cortex to open and flow freely.
Notice that spot where it's catching.
Spot where you feel stuck.
Breathe into it.
Let it flow through.
Exhale one more time.
Feel that flow more consistent,
More smoothly.
Let's bring our attention down to the sacral chakra.
Just below the belly button.
Center for creativity,
Sexuality.
Feel this energy approaching,
Settling in.
Feel the inner strength of this energy moving around in a circular motion.
Allowing whatever comes up to come up to be released,
To let go of.
Allowing the inner strength to be released.
Release it with that exhalation.
Let it go.
Let it flow.
Breathe in and release all that stuff.
Let it go.
Let it flow.
Bringing your attention down to the base of the spine.
Base chakra,
Your center for grounding,
Safety and security.
Exhaling energy surrounding the face of your spine.
Allowing your fears that you've been experiencing to rise up.
Known and unknown.
Allowing them to come to your attention now.
Facing our fears is how we move forward.
Know that whatever comes up for you right now is what you need to face.
As attention rises,
Allow yourself to release it with the exhalation.
Knowing now what you need to do to deal with it.
Clearing that block.
Allowing the energy to flow in that open space.
Flowing better and truer and smoother.
Allowing you to feel that you are always fully taken care of.
Allowing your attention now to your feet,
Just below the feet.
Notice your connection to the floor,
The ground,
Whatever the surface is beneath you.
Allowing you to feel the warmth of this energy.
Allowing you to feel the warmth of your feet.

All those negative things that do not serve you anymore.
Letting them go.
