The wolf moon, named for the history of the wolves howling at the moon typically when January arrives also brings with it that sence of fierceness as this one also falls in Leo. This is a great time to reinforce our own fiercness while setting our full moon intentions. Let's be fierce.

The wolf moon,

Named for its history of the wolves howling at the moon typically when January arrives,

Also brings with it that sense of fierceness,

As this one also falls in Leo.

This is a great time to reinforce our own fierceness while setting our full moon intentions.

Let's be fierce.

Will you settle into a comfortable position with a nice straight spine,

Allowing good energy flow through your body.

Take a deep cleansing inhale through the nose,

Deactivating your fight or flight response.

Breathe out through the mouth and letting go.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and a freeing breath out through the mouth.

And one more time,

Breathe in and out,

Releasing all that feels stuck,

Negative and limiting.

Start to settle into your softer,

Gentler breath,

In through the nose and out through the nose.

And just welcome that sense of peace into your body,

Relaxing one muscle group at a time,

Working your way down your body until you are fully relaxed and at peace.

In this place of peace,

You are now the observer with no attachment to what comes up,

Where you can observe without the ego taking over.

This is your time to be present with your goals and dreams,

As well as with that which you wish to let go and release.

What in your life is no longer serving you on this journey?

Give yourself the permission you need to release it now.

With this gone,

You have nothing but your goals and dreams before you.

Step into that world and immerse yourself in the experience of it in this moment.

Experience the truth and purpose of this journey,

Allowing your vision to lead you further on the path,

Setting your intentions around this guidance.

Take a moment now to give thanks and gratitude for this guidance.

Coming back now to your physical space,

Start to sense your surroundings.

Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in and release,

And come back when you're ready.
