Hello and welcome.
I'm Candy Foster and I am a meditation instructor and a Reiki master teacher.
Welcome to this new moon in Aquarius meditation.
This new moon is calling us to observe our friendships,
Our brotherhood,
Sisterhoods,
And our social groups.
This new moon is all about our social networks.
In these groups that we form in our lives,
We can accomplish so much,
Yet we sometimes take them for granted.
We care for each other,
Solve problems together,
And we can truly change the world together if we so choose.
So I'd love for you to find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.
Aquarius is an air sign,
So take a deep breath in and let it all go and honor this air energy with your breath.
Breathe in again deeply and out again fully.
Take one more deep breath in and another full breath out,
Releasing all tension at the same time.
Start to settle into a softer,
Gentler breath that just soothes your body and your mind.
As your mind quiets,
Settle into a deep,
Observative place.
That place to observe and reflect with true unattachment.
Observe all of these groups in your life.
Which ones are working and not working at this time?
Some are not meant to be with us forever.
And all will change over time in one way or another.
See which need to be released,
Which need more attention,
And where you need to think outside the box.
In this moment,
Allow yourself to set all emotions aside and release what is not serving you.
Breathe in the Aquarius energy and breathe out what is no longer serving you.
Just let it go.
Let go of the past,
The past stories,
The past visions.
Earlier today.
Now,
Allow this Aquarius air energy to flow into the new.
Allow your vision to grow and manifest your most important brotherhoods,
Sisterhoods,
And social networks.
How do you intend these groups to look and feel?
How can you all help,
Share,
And love together?
As you set these intentions,
Aquarius reminds us to not forget the humanitarian side of things.
How can we help in the bigger picture?
That something bigger than us,
That something can be even bigger as a group.
Allow this vision to grow and grow and grow.
How can we serve not only as one,
But as a group?
We can make an even bigger impact as our big networks,
Our sisterhoods and brotherhoods,
As a group.
Allow that vision to blossom.
Start to come back now to the here and now.
Notice your physical surroundings and take a deep breath in and release.
Then open your eyes when you're ready.
