January carries a potent frequency,
The doorway between endings and new beginnings.
It's a month of cleansed slate energy,
Anchored intention,
And powerful emotional clearing.

January 1st,
Right out of the gate.
The year opens on a double-one vibration,
Fresh starts,
Initiation,
And a potent seed energy for beginnings.
Think of 1-1 as a cosmic reset button,
An intention to plant your clearest intentions for the year ahead.
This energy favors single,
Decisive steps taken from soul-centered clarity.
So as we begin the year,
We want to be really focused on what our intentions are,
Not just for this month,
But the year ahead.
Next,
We move into the first full moon of the year,
January 3rd.
We have a full moon in Cancer,
And this is a supermoon.
So very early in the month,
We have the full moon in Cancer,
And this full moon is also a supermoon,
Meaning it's emotionally amplified and especially potent for release and heart-centered culmination.
Under this Cancer supermoon,
Tender places in the heart and the home will be highlighted.
Expect emotional clarity around care,
Belonging,
Family dynamics,
And what nourishes your inner life.
This is a powerful moment to complete emotional loops,
To give compassion to what shows up,
And to ceremonially release what no longer serves your sense of safety.
