Hello and welcome.
This is Candy Foster and I am a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki master teacher.
This will be a channeled meditation for getting centered.
I know that I oftentimes get wrapped up in all the things in my world,
Whether it be physical in the physical world or in my spiritual world,
And sometimes get a little out of center,
A little off kilter and always need to come back to that center.
So with that said,
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable space with a nice straight spine and just kind of get settled in where you can stay for a few moments.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in.
Let it all go and let's do one more deep breath in.
And release it fully.
Start to settle into that softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath and just start to allow that breath to soothe your body,
Your mind.
Just start to quiet everything.
Following that breath in and out.
Just feeling your body get softer and more relaxed.
And if things in your world start to pop up in your mind,
Don't judge it.
Just acknowledge the thoughts and then just let them pass by.
Settling in.
Start to notice the effects of gravity on your body in your physical space.
Feel that connection between you and the surface beneath you.
Feel the security that that surface gives you.
And with that feeling of security,
Allow yourself to just sink in.
Allow that surface to take away any stress,
Any fears.
On the next exhalation,
Those fears,
Those stresses to just disappear with the breath.
As each breath comes and goes,
So we can make our emotions come and go as well.
Allow ourselves to feel those emotions,
Feel that stress,
The fear.
Then allow yourself to release it.
Let it go a little more with each exhalation.
Breathing in new life,
Happiness,
New inspiration.
Letting go of the past.
Bring your hands and your attention up to your heart.
Feel the energy of your heart.
It's your true center.
All of our hearts become the center of the world,
The universe.
You can start to feel that.
Feel your heart being the center of all.
As you breathe,
Feel it rise and fall in its rhythm.
Feel all the love that is in your heart.
Allow that love to expand throughout your body like a light coming closer and closer.
Feeling your body each breath.
It fills your body until it fills your aura,
Big old bubble surrounding you.
Now from that bubble,
From the center,
The very center of your heart,
Share that love with the world.
See it in your mind expanding your family,
Your town,
To surrounding towns,
Fill your entire state,
The entire country with this love from the center of your heart.
With each exhalation,
Send more out to the world,
Out to the universe.
From the space of giving and love,
Notice that you are centered in the middle of it all.
Feel your connection to it all.
Allow this feeling of centeredness to settle in.
Deepen your heart.
It's time to come back now to your physical space.
Start to bring your surface you're on.
Breath in and release.
Bring some movement into your body and open your eyes when you're ready.
