Welcome to this big,
Big energy swing up with this full moon and lunar eclipse all rolled up in one.
Today we'll do our usual intention setting around what we want to release and what we're welcoming in.
But I want you to think bigger this time.
Allow yourself to release those bigger things that might have really dug in,
The stuff we've been struggling with for a while.
Allow yourself to settle in to this sacred space and allow this reiki healing energy to assist here.
Don't stop there though.
As you bring forth what you're welcoming in,
Keep things big.
Don't play small,
Okay?
That being said,
If you are open to receiving healing reiki energy,
Just say yes and settle in to your special sacred place and let's begin.
Will you take a deep breath in and out,
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in one more deep cleansing breath and one more full clearing breath.
Allow yourself to settle in to that softer,
More natural breath and allow it to start to soothe your body,
Your mind and your spirit.
Bring your attention now to that which you wish to release.
Bring your hands to your solar plexus,
Just above your belly button.
This is where the root of this thing that is no longer serving you resides.
Imagine it gravitating towards your hands.
Your own energy is pulling this to the surface to be released.
When you know it has all been gathered up,
Take a deep breath in,
Bring your hands to your face and on the exhale blow these things out of your life forever,
Releasing it to the ethers to be transmuted back to the earth.
Feel the healing energy back at your solar plexus,
Healing the space where this resided and making room for your new intentions.
Now let's invite in those big intentions you wish to grow and bloom and thrive.
See them off in the distance and with each inhale you bring them a little closer,
A little clearer and a little bigger.
With each exhale your breath fans the flames of your desires.
Continue this process with each intentional breath.
Feel this image deep in your heart.
Feel the need to move forward and take inspired action,
Actions to step into the power of your dreams.
Feel it as it is real,
Right now and in this moment.
See this vision so bright it will never escape your mind,
It will never again be out of your reach.
You now know that anything is possible because there's no way we would ever dream something so amazing if it weren't meant to be created.
Coming back now to your physical space,
Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in and release and open your eyes when you're ready.
