As I write this meditation for 11-11,
I notice that the optimistic energy is carried throughout the entire month of November,
From 11-1 to 11-11 and on into the full moon.
Know that you will be able to utilize this energy throughout the month,
So come back to it as often as you wish.
I invite you to find your space to settle in and breathe in deeply and out fully.
Take another deep breath in and release a full exhale.
Let's take one more deep breath in and one more full breath out.
Coming back into that softer,
Gentler breath.
Allow each breath to start to soothe your body,
Relax your muscles,
Your mind,
Deep into your soul.
Welcome your place of peace into your mind's eye and allow the optimism to emerge a little more as each thought is released one by one.
With each released emotion,
Notice the space that opens up for you as it's replaced with a happier thought,
A more pleasant feeling,
And a more content feeling.
Allow the optimism to grow and fill the void within.
Welcome this nudge from the universe to create an optimum energy of potential.
Bring your focus to your biggest desires and allow this optimism to infuse those dreams.
Infuse them with power and energy and positivity.
Keep your focus here and embody the emotions of its realization in this very moment.
Feel these emotions deeply.
I invite you to take a deep breath in and release and fall back into a place of deep gratitude for this dream and its reality in your life.

Starting to come back to your physical space and recognize your surroundings,
The surface beneath you,
Making that connection between your body and the earth,
Grounding in these energies and this vision.
Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in and release and come back when you're ready.
