Hello and welcome.
My name is Candy Foster and I will be your host today.
I am a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki Master Teacher and it is a privilege to bring you this guided full moon meditation today.
This will be our last full moon of the year.
Therefore,
Our usual self-reflection ritual becomes a little more important.
And not only will we be looking ahead a month,
But also into the coming year as well.
Will you join me?
Please find a comfortable place where you will be not disturbed.
Settle into a comfortable position with a nice straight spine.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Let it all go.
Take another deep inhalation,
Filling the chest and the stomach.
And release.
Take one more deep breath in.
And one more full breath out.
Start to settle into that more natural breath.
And just follow it all the way in and all the way out.
Allowing each breath to clear your mind a little more.
In your mind,
Step back.
Step away.
In order to take an objective step back.
Step back.
In order to take an objective,
Unattached view.
And reflect on the last month.
Observing what went well and not so well.
Either way,
It's okay.
We're just observing.
What might you do differently in the future?
This month relationships is coming up.
Are there people you need to release from your life?
Fully or partially?
People who may bring you down,
Drain you,
Or even take advantage of you.
Some people are only meant to be in our lives for a short amount of time.
Maybe some we just need a little less of.
Just observe what you're doing.
Observing the situation.
New is also coming up this month.
Is there a new avenue or a whole new subject or project coming up for you?
How does that come up for you?
Now look back on the past year.
Observe from the outside looking in.
What intentions were fulfilled and what didn't quite go according to plan?
Might it have turned out better in the end?
Or maybe it's not done playing out.
Just observe and take it all in.
Gather the knowledge.
Acknowledge your successes.
And take a moment to feel grateful.
And to feel gratitude for them.
Gratitude for all the blessings that have happened in your life.
In the past month.
And in the past year.
Now,
With all this information,
What are your intentions for the coming month?
The coming year.
Include adventure.
Passions.
Relationships.
For this coming month,
Communication and social settings and issues are important.
Include this in your intentions.
Start to visualize your success.
The culmination of all of your dreams coming together.
Feel the feelings.
And be there right now.
In your mind,
Really be there.
Feel it.
And believe it.
And it is done.
Start to come back to your physical space now.
Acknowledge your surroundings.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
And open your eyes when you're ready.
