Today's message is Three of Canes,
Reversed.
Heartache,
Sorrow,
Separation,
Pain.
As we move from the seedling of connection into formation and actualization,
Things can sometimes take a startling turn.
Relationships are dynamic,
With several forces all running and vying for attention,
And sometimes we can fall prey to someone else's ulterior motives or agendas.
However,
Through suffering we learn meaning,
Even if in the moment it feels like someone has taken a knife and plunged it straight through the heart.
In this card,
The Fly Agaric Mushroom represents blood on the snow,
The stark outpouring of heartfelt pain from having been betrayed,
When trust has been thrashed and cast to the wind.
The heart freezes,
And you are immobilized.
Mental anguish and emotional pain are particularly poignant at this time of year,
For the season will always be remind us of the significant periods of our lives,
But even the toughest of memories will eventually soften if one holds to the true meaning of the season.
The reversed meaning here,
You are about to be released from the turmoil of pain and heartache that you have been in sufferance of.
Take comfort in knowing that the path forward is lighting up for you.
From now on,
Things will get better.
Your heart will heal,
But you will always carry a scar to remind you of the price you have paid.
And that really is part of our journey,
Right?
What we survive,
We bear the scars,
We bear the memories,
But we survive and we become stronger.
Part of our journey.
