We're coming into June and.

This month really kicks off a three-month manifestation threshold.
So if you have things that you're working on manifesting,
Know that this is a great month to really start to focus on that.
We're going to be clearing energies,
Getting rid of the things that aren't working and really start progressively working towards July and August.
Now August is our Lion's Gate.
This is a huge manifestation portal and actually truly my favorite time of the year.

Develop Healthy Routines.
Routine is very calming to the human nervous system.
Which is why infants and young children are often kept on a regimen,
Sleeping,
Eating,
And even playtime routine.
Think of a child's bedtime ritual.
Which might involve a kiss goodnight or a story.
People who are very intuitive,
Particularly empaths or those strong in the clairvoyant psychic pathway,
Have extra sensitive nervous systems.
A hyper-perceptive nervous system that picks up on all the emotions,
Energy,
And physical stimuli.
In the environment can often quickly be grounded and settled by routine.
Pulling this card suggests that healthy routines will stabilize your sixth sense.
Sometimes the more predictable your daily routine.
The more predictably.
Your sixth sense will respond with insights.

How I start my day really changes how my whole day goes.
There was a time when I would get up late and frantically just sleep as long as I could so I could just get out of the house and go.
That did not serve me well at all.
So I was fairly young when I discovered that that wasn't working for me.
So where are your routines?
Where do you need routines?
Is it a morning routine like.

Getting your daily message.
And your Reiki flow,
Is it?
A meditation.
Some breath work.
Some exercise,
Going for a walk,
Having some yoga,
Whatever.
Your routine is.

Find something calming.
Something that's nurturing.
Something that soothes your nervous system.
Our world is so intense right now.
Our nervous systems are on point all the time.
It's like they have to be on guard.
So the more we can give that release for our own nervous system,
Better off we'll be.
