When cancer accompanies our full moon we become even more deeply emotional than other full moons. With this full moon in Cancer we'll also feel nurtured through those emotions. Find a comfortable place with a straight spine.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and release out through the mouth.

Breathe in deeply and out fully.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Start to settle back into that softer,

Gentler breath.

Allow yourself to settle your mind.

Relax your body.

Calm your spirit.

Welcome to your place of true observation with the absence of judgment.

Bring your breath and your mind to that fully neutral zone.

Just observe and witness.

Allow the energy,

Patterns,

Stories,

Etc.

To come to your awareness.

To be seen in their truth,

Their expiration date,

And witness their usefulness in the past.

Feel gratitude for their assistance.

On your next exhale,

Bid them farewell.

Like the waters of cancer flowing downstream,

As your awareness witnesses the space remaining.

Allow the new to flow into the space.

The new vision of transformation in the year to come.

Those goals you're so ready to embody.

Allow that vision to grow in detail.

The steps it will take to get there.

The actions of inspiration,

The emotion of commitment,

And the joy of its reality.

Allow yourself to feel it all deeply and see it all in your mind's eye.
