This meditation honors the energy of 3-3.
A sacred reminder that your heart holds wisdom far beyond logic.
This meditation is also infused with Reiki healing energy.
So if you're open to receive,
Simply accept in your mind's eye.
And as you become centered,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Falling into the rhythm of your breath,
Allow me a moment to connect.
I invite you to bring both hands to your heart.
Feel its rhythm.
Steady,
Alive,
Intelligent.
And repeat silently,
I trust the wisdom of my heart.
Imagine a soft golden light glowing in your chest.
This light represents your inner teacher.
Calm,
Loving,
And deeply wise.
Ask quietly,
What does my heart want to know right now?
No forcing,
Just allowing.
Allow this light to expand outward,
First to yourself,
Then gently to others.
Not fixing,
Not rescuing,
Simply allowing love to flow.
Sharing this love is what the world needs right now.
For ourselves and everyone else.
For the ascension of the planet and society and the universe as a whole.
Allow this expansion to grow and strengthen and expand.
3-3 reminds us,
We don't need to search for guidance,
We already carry it.
And if we come together,
We can share this love around the world,
Creating more peace,
More calm,
More love.
Coming back now to your physical space,
Back into the room,
Recognizing your surroundings,
The surface beneath you,
The circuitry that it holds.
Bring some light movement into your body,
Take a deep breath in,
And release.
