Meditation Timer OnlineCandace Dalmagne-Rouge is a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, Cacao Practitioner, and Reiki Master. She is a teacher and guide who creates grounded, heart-led spaces for people to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their own inner clarity and wisdom. Her personal path began in adolescence following a diagnosis of chronic illness, which led her into a deep exploration of healing, embodiment, and holistic wellbeing. Over time, what began as a search for physical relief became a profound journey of remembering and learning to trust the intelligence of the body, the heart, and one’s own inner guidance. Through meditation, ritual, and guided inner practices, Candace supports others in cultivating self-trust, presence, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves and life. Her approach is inclusive, non-dogmatic, and rooted in lived experience, welcoming people of all backgrounds and belief systems. At the heart of her work is a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the quiet intelligence that guides us back into alignment, presence, and wholeness.
