Welcome to the afternoon slump meditation.
Let's re-energize.
Go ahead now and get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth to start.
Just to center yourself here now.
Then when you're ready allowing the breath to flow in and out of the nose throughout this practice.
I want you to imagine that you're standing under a beautiful,
Magical waterfall.
This specific waterfall is one that re-energizes you and one where you can release everything that's not serving you.
So say to yourself as you go under this waterfall now,
I release everything that's not mine.
Anything that feels like tiredness or anything else that feels heavy.
I release this now.
I let it wash away.
I let myself recharge and re-energize here.
I let this wash away.
I let it go.
What conversations,
Feelings and thoughts are you going to release right now into this water and let it wash away?
Let it go.
I let this go.
I let this go.
Feeling that sensation of the water hitting the body.
Refreshing,
Nurturing,
Re-energizing.
And then you walk out of that waterfall having let go of all of that.
Feeling lighter.
And you find somewhere to sit and bathe in the healing sunlight.
Feeling that sun on your face and on the body recharging you.
Re-energizing you.
And just saying gently in your mind,
I receive this healing light.
I let myself feel recharged now.
I receive this light.
I feel recharged now.
Recharging.
Rejuvenating.
Resetting.
Take a moment here in the quiet to just be and receive that healing from the sunlight beaming all the way through the body.
And then when you're fully recharged now,
Set yourself an intention for the rest of your day.
And then go ahead and take a deep breath in,
Sealing this practice and making your way back to the space you're in.
