What a joy it is to be here in the moment.
To allow yourself to trust the next moment will be well.
So instead of dwelling on it,
Dwell here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Take a deep breath,
And as you find comfort in your seat,
Exhale.
Allow your eyes to close,
And continue breathing as your body becomes weightless.
Each of your muscles relaxing.
The tension easing.
The thoughts slowing.
The mind at peace.
Do you feel that?
The peace?
The stillness?
The relaxation?
The joy?
It's here,
In the now.
Be here for another moment,
As you continue breathing in and out of your nose.
Focused only on your breath.
Not the thoughts in your mind,
Or any interactions with your body.
Breathe,
And focus.
Be here.
As this meditation comes to a close,
And you welcome yourself into the next moments of your day,
Remember peace is in the moment.
Stay in the present,
