Storms will come. Mountains will form. Obstacles will be there. Even if you are a believer. But God says, He'll be with you through it all. In this meditation, breathe and be reminded of His goodness.

Transcript

As a believer,

You aren't exempt from hard times.

Unfortunately,

Troubles will come your way.

Challenges will mount up,

And mountains will have to be climbed.

You'll have to forge new paths and barren lands.

But because you are a believer,

God is with you.

He won't leave you nor forsake you.

He'll comfort you and guarantee a victory.

He'll guide you and provide for you.

And when you think the storms get too heavy,

And it seems like you can't bear them any longer on your own,

Know that He's right there.

It's not for you to overcome by yourself.

So give it to Him.

And listen as He speaks to the storm.

As He says,

Quiet,

Be still.

So don't fear.

God is here and He won't leave.

Now,

That breath you've been holding,

Release it.

Let it roll off your shoulders,

Down your back,

And into the floor beneath you.

Continue for a few more breaths.

Let that tension slide off you along with it.

Ease your mind and rest.

Be still.

God is with you.
