With your hands on your lap hold them palm side up,
Open and relaxed.
As you breathe in accept the good coming your way.
Accept open doors,
Opportunities,
Restored relationships,
Optimal well-being,
Renewed physical health.
Continue breathing and with each breath think of something you want to receive.
Imagine your open hands will receive it.
Continue for another moment.
