Your situation can change in a blink of an eye.

One moment you're sad,

And another happy.

One moment you're angry,

And the next,

Full of joy.

One moment you can't go on,

And the next you are full of strength to continue.

So take this moment,

Inhale your next breath,

Nice and slow.

Feel your lungs.

Continue breathing in and out.

Stay mindful of each breath you take.

As you release your last breath in this meditation,

Remember,

Everything can change in a moment.
