If what is inside of you was pressed out,

What would be before you?

When the moment gets tough and you are tested beyond measure,

Would you be proud of what you're made of?

You are more than an angry moment,

An impatient wait,

An irritated spirit.

Repeat the following affirmations and allow the words to rewire what's inside.

I am mighty.

I am joyful.

I am full of peace.

I am at ease.

I am patient.

Again.

I am mighty.

I am joyful.

I am full of peace.

I am at ease.

I am patient.

You said it.

Now believe it deep down in your bones.

I am mighty.

I am joyful.

I am full of peace.

I am at ease.

I am patient.

Continue to describe what you want to pour out of you in the vent you were squeezed.

As we did before,

Say I am and anything else you want to pour out of you.

And now that you know what's inside and what will remain when it pours out,

Wrap your arms around yourself,

Breathe in,

And slowly release.
