Gratitude can be in the biggest, or smallest things in your life. Take the time to acknowledge what you are grateful for in this moment, these last few days, and months. Gratitude is the best way to accept where you are, and be open to receiving more.

Find a seat of comfort,

Relax your body and your mind.

Breathe a calming breath in and gently release.

Allow your thoughts to settle.

Beginning with this moment,

What are you grateful for?

Out loud or in your mind,

Begin to recite it.

I am grateful for.

If you're having difficulty feeling the moment,

Start small.

Start with the things that may be overlooked,

Like your breath,

Your ability to hear this meditation,

Your time to sit and listen and continue.

Bring your attention back to your body,

Calming breaths,

Relaxed muscles,

Eyes gently open.

As you prepare to end,

Don't forget what you were grateful for.

Carry your gratitude with you throughout the day today.
