In this meditation,

For a moment,

Imagine all is well.

Take a deep breath in and close your eyes.

As you exhale,

Release.

Release the anxious thoughts,

The constant thinking,

And the fear.

Grasp the moment,

The now,

The stillness of this time.

Continue breathing in and out for a moment.

Imagine today will be all you need.

Today will go as planned or desired.

Nothing unexpected will happen.

Imagine your mind will only focus on what matters.

You'll stay present and all distractions will be non-existent.

Imagine right now you are here where all is well and no issues or concerns worry you.

Imagine you are overflowing with love,

Joy,

And peace.

As you breathe out one final time for this meditation,

Everything you've imagined can be.

Take it with you and enjoy your day.
