As you enter into this meditation,
Find comfort in your seat,
In your body,
In your mind.
If any of those places have discomfort,
Breathe deeply in and out.
Breathe into your body and notice as your muscles start to relax,
And so does your mind.
If you aren't experiencing the ease yet,
Continue to breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth.
Welcome in ease.
Don't accept discomfort.
Continue until you feel the release in and out.
Are you feeling the ease yet in your body?
Now you should be able to sit comfortably without tension in your muscles,
No thoughts running havoc in your mind.
Stay here for a while,
Breathing in and out,
And enjoy the ease.
As you prepare to end this meditation,
Wiggle your hands and your feet.
If your eyes drifted closed,
Go ahead and open them.
Although this is the end,
Whenever you drift away from ease,
Breathe in and out,
And say hello to ease.
