Transcript

Find a comfortable position.

Feel your body relax and find ease.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Inhale and release.

Inhale and release.

Why should you not fear?

Because the Lord God is with you.

He is your provider,

Your healer,

Your shield,

Your way maker,

Your peace.

And he will keep his promise to you to continue being so today and tomorrow and always.

Faith and fear cannot coexist.

Either you have faith that all will be well or you fear the difference.

Either way,

God will remain.

Join me in this prayer.

Dear God,

Thank you for your word,

Your promise.

Thank you for showing me that you've been consistent always and will not change.

Thank you for bringing me peace that surpasses all understanding.

And thank you for guiding me back to my way when fear overcomes me.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

Now take one more deep breath.

And as you release,

Repeat,

I have no fear.
