Feel the ground beneath you and how it supports you.
Focus on that spot that's connected with the ground,
Whether it be your feet or your bottom.
Focus on that spot and how it holds you,
How it supports you,
How it doesn't falter.
The ground is your foundation where you can return when you need to feel comforted,
Held throughout today and any day.
Take one more deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Gently open your eyes and welcome movement in your body.
