Take a moment. Allow yourself to exhale deeply in this moment. Allow the breath to ease your muscles, your mind, and any anxious thoughts creeping up. Fully inhale and fully exhale. Deep breath, slow and easy.

You know that sigh you exhale at the end of a meeting or a really long day or after you receive good news,

Sometimes bad news too?

The one that just releases all the air from your lungs and leaves you no choice but to breathe in again to fill them.

Do that sigh,

A heavy,

Deep,

Lung-emptying sigh.

Let it all out.

Release.

Now do it again.

Let all the air from your lungs leave out of your mouth.

Fill your lungs again,

Preparing to release once more.

Once you've let it all out,

Sit for a moment.

Just sit.

No actions,

No specific thoughts.

Just you at the end of an amazing release.
