Find a comfortable cross-legged position with your spine straight,
Your heart open,
And your chin slightly tucked.
Your sit bones root firmly down,
Connecting you to the earth as your spine lengthens upward.
Place your hands on your knees or rest them in your lap.

Feel free to do so,
Coming to rest on your back in Shavasana.
Hands by your sides,
Palms falling open.
Take a moment to arrive,
Inviting your attention to be right here.
Take a deep breath in your nose and feel your belly expand,
Then exhale out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
And one more deep,
Slow breath in through your nose,
Then release the breath until you're completely empty.
As your breath returns to its natural,
Tidal rhythm,
Take a moment to connect with the sincerity of why you're here,
Sitting in stillness.
The sincerity within you that longs to be balanced,
Present,
And clear.
Now in this relaxed state,
Enjoy the sound vibration.
Just relax.
As the sounds of the chimes wash away,
Sense the vibrations dissolving energy blocks,
Clearing negative energies,
And unwinding old patterns.
Let any negative thoughts,
Energy,
Or patterns that have been stored in the body to move down into the earth.
Allow the healing vibrations to refresh and illuminate every cell of your body from the top of your skull to the tips of your fingers and the soles of your feet,
Lighting you up from within,
Returning your body and mind to a state of balance.
As you begin to emerge from this state of deep,
Deep relaxation,
Notice a feeling of being refreshed and realigned,
A renewed sense of openness and balance.
This is your natural state.
This is your place of peace and power,
Centered,
Grounded,
And fully present,
