Meditation done by Liz Burkholder so let's start by settling in and getting comfortable take a deep breath in through the nose hold it hold it now breathe out through the mouth fully letting go take another deep breath in through the nose hold it for a few seconds now release fully letting go feeling all the stress starting to leave your body you're being filled with a calm and relaxing sensation take another deep breath in your nose hold it one,

Three,
Four and release breathing out the mouth just letting a wave of relaxation wash over you from your head down to your toes calming the nervous system letting all the noise and chatter go for this moment letting go of all of your cares and all of your worries for the next few minutes we are literally calming your nervous system decreasing stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol lowering the heart rate lowering the blood pressure returning to a natural state of calm and just imagine this wave of relaxation washing over you from the top of your head to the soles of your feet and imagine this wave as a bright white light that is washing over your head and down your face over your eyes over your mouth imagine this wave of relaxation is washing down your neck down both arms to your elbows to your wrists to your hands and your fingers it's washing over your shoulders your trunk area which includes your abdomen and back this wave of relaxation is washing down your pelvic area over your hips down your legs it is washing over your feet all the way to your toes now your body as well as your mind is completely relaxed the more you listen to my voice the more you relax and the more you relax the more you allow your subconscious mind to open and the more you allow your subconscious mind to open the easier it is to change the programming of your mind from destructive self-defeating thoughts and beliefs that do not serve you into positive and motivating thoughts and beliefs that are your real truths we're now going to focus on your body and how much you appreciate it imagine these following affirmations are 100% true for you and your life imagine these words are seeping into your mind your body and into your soul as your new truths and your new beliefs this is your new programming my body is strong my body is beautiful my body is beautifully and miraculously made I am now choosing to love my body I choose to care for,

Appreciate and love my body I am thankful for my body which carries me through life I am thankful for my head which helps me to process life including my brain which allows me to think I'm thankful for my eyes which allow me to see my ears which allow me to hear my nose which allows me to smell my mouth which allows me to taste in this life and my mouth for my vocal expression in this life I am thankful for my arms which allow me to hold my loved ones I'm thankful for my stomach and my digestive tract which digests my food and absorbs all the nutrients and the vitamins that I need and it lets go of anything that I do not need I am thankful for my legs and feet which literally carry me through this life allowing me to walk,
Run,
Jump and play I am thankful for my lungs which allow me to breathe in fresh air and quite literally to breathe in life I am thankful for my heart which not only automatically beats miraculously sending blood and oxygen throughout my body but my heart center also allows me to love,
To feel and to have emotions I am so thankful for this beautiful body of mine I listen to my body and pay attention to its cues I love my body I respect my body I nourish my body I care for my body I protect my body I appreciate my body My body is beautiful My body is strong My body is beautifully and miraculously made and I honor my body and when I forget how wonderful and beautiful my body is I will stop and take a breath and remember I will remember how incredible my body is and what a gift it is in this life This body is a gift I'm given to use while I'm here on this planet for my purpose and I will care for this body I love my body and for as long as I'm in this physical body on this physical earth I will love,
