This is a meditation to help get in touch with the healthiest version of yourself. It is a practice which visualizes your healthiest self: physically, mentally, and emotionally. In order to become our healthiest self, we must first be able to visualize it and to feel it. This process helps to create new neural pathways and starts to re-wire the neurons and cells of the body to achieve this healthiest self. This is our healthy blueprint and it is our birthright to have it, to BE in it.
