Just allow yourself to close your eyes down and to get comfortable for just a moment.

And just begin taking in some really slow,

Deep breaths all the way in and all the way out,

Breathing in peace and calm relaxation,

Breathing out stress,

Tension,

Worry,

Or fear.

Breathe in,

And breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in peace and relaxation.

Breathe out worry and tension,

Allowing everything to just slow down for just a moment.

And whenever you are ready,

Come back into the room,

Feeling lighter and relaxed.
