Explore MeditationBrunna is a citizen of the world that enjoys long hikes, cold water dips, cooking feasts, dancing, and being surrounded by community. Born in Brazil, she's been exploring the world for the past 5 years, understanding the depths of human experience through humbly exposing herself to life's contrasts. Openness has allowed her to re-member, to grow and expand into herself. She's initiating a journey as an integrative self-development mentor as she transitions into a new adventure of rooting down and embracing the simplicity of life in one location. Brunna is also an aspiring chef, Thai and Ayurvedic masseuse and movement researcher (somatics and contact improvisation). Yoga is life itself. The practice IS the living and it is happening through every living breath. Brunna's practice sharing is about guiding you to connect to your breath and body in this moment. Showing up as you are is not only enough, but the most valuable thing. Embracing what IS right now is the path of Yoga, and that is the core value that Brunna wish to share through guided meditations and pranayama sessions, that will naturally evolve into movement awareness and practice.
