In this Rainbow Chakra guided meditation and visualization, after briefly centering with the breath, Brooks guides the listener through each energy center and repeats correlating positive affirmations three times at each chakra. The child is guided to each spot using placement of awareness and/or hands and is left feeling calm, empowered, and loved. This can be done anywhere, anytime, sitting, or lying down. Brooks highly recommends that the adults try it at least once with their children.
