Stand hip width apart on your feet with your hips over your ankles,
Shoulders over your hips,
Ears over your shoulders.
Allow as much energy to flow down from the crown of your head through your feet into the floor,
Into the earth,
As is energy coming up through the earth,
Through the floor,
Through your feet,
Up to the crown of your head.
And say out loud or to yourself,
Good morning.
Say it two more times to yourself or out loud and really feel and believe the truth of it.
Give it being a good morning.

What will you create today?
What energies will you call in to your body and what energies will you share with the world?

Bring your awareness back to the energy of your feet on the earth and allow them to be strong and settled.
Bring your energy to your belly and allow your belly to be strong yet soft and bring your energy to your heart and your mind and feel them connected,

Clear,
And creative.
And bring your energy to your whole body and notice how already it might be connecting,
Vibrating,
