Welcome to this guided meditation to turn caretaking back towards ourselves.

Please sit comfortably or lie down,

Whatever feels best for you.

Allow your gaze to be soft or close your eyes.

Take a couple of deep breaths as you listen to the sound of this bell three times.

And each time you hear the sound,

I want you to give yourself permission to relax more and more.

Bring your awareness into the core of your body,

Becoming aware of the bones,

Your blood,

Your skin,

Your belly,

The soles of your feet and hands,

Your outer ears,

Your inner ears,

The space behind your eyelids,

The skin around your eyes,

Every space in your head where hair comes from,

Every cell,

Every atom within every part deep inside you.

Become aware of all of these places and send them gratitude.

Admire them.

Honor them.

Feel and know that your limp and circulation in all ways in your body right now is for you,

Replenishing you,

Loving on you,

Deeply soothing you.

Give yourself permission to fully receive all of the gifts of your well and healthy and strong body,

All that it does for you,

Sending every part of your body love.

And then bring your awareness to the breath.

You don't have to change it,

Just become aware of it.

If you want to change it by deepening it or doing just nose breathing or nose mouth,

You choose,

But choose something that feels like it is pulsating in remembrance,

In the resiliency of your life force prana,

Shakti,

Love.

See perhaps a color or the energy of this vibration that goes with your breath as recharging you.

Like you're getting plugged back in to what you really care about,

Your values,

What matters to you most.

Bring those things to your heart and your mind and allow the energy of the remembrance of these things,

Of what matters,

Of what feels meaningful to you.

Move through your body like a great ocean filling in every space that's available and willing to receive this light,

This energy,

This vibration,

This recharge,

This restoration.

And trust and know that restoration can happen just like that.

Welcome this idea into the reality of your body as if it is so,

Aho,

And so it is.

With this is-ness,

This as is so refreshed,

Re-centered,

Replenished,

Restored into all of you,

Pouring all of the love that you give out back towards yourself,

Being bathed by the caretaking of you,

By you and of source,

The divine,

God,

Buddha,

Mother Mary,

Allah,

Whatever aligns in your heart as divine source bathing you.

Receive,

Receive,

Receive,

Soak it in,

Soak it in so much that there's not room for what does not serve you any longer or at least the charge of what has felt heavy or stuck feels softer and more spacious now.

Begin to breathe a deeper breath up and down the spine now from the tailbone inhaling up to the crown of the head and exhaling from the crown of the head back down to the tailbone.

The divine flossing of the spine,

Literally guiding yourself into optimal alignment through your intention.

Bring your awareness back to your bones,

Your organs,

Your skin,

Your eyes,

The soles of the hands and feet,

The backs of the legs,

The backs of the arms,

The back of your head,

The back of your torso,

Lean into this unconditional love in the back of your body as you release any bit of leftover tension in the front of your body and then land right in your center.

Exhale,

Release,

Pulsating stillness and say to yourself if it feels good,

You can also adjust these words to something that resonates more purely with you.

I am whole.

I am enough.

I am loved.

I am well.

I am.

I am.

I am.

Please feel free to stay here and sit in meditation or lay in Shavasana,

Just trusting the restoration process will continue as you are in silence.

So if you're going to do that,

Just go ahead and hit pause.

If you want to go ahead and come out of that,

Just slowly open your eyes,

Observing your surroundings,

Staying very in tune with your center even as you start to look around the environment surrounding you,

Knowing that where you are,

You are safe,

Loved,

Whole,

Refueled,

Restored,

And take this state of being with you into the rest of your day.

Blessings,

Be well.
