In this guided meditation, you will become aware of the natural ease and flow of your breath as it is, full of grace and peace, as whole and complete, just as it is. The breath will be a bridge of inner-reflection towards yourself with the same love, acceptance, and gratitude for you as the breath, as enough just as you are, right now. This practice can be done any time of day, and may even be a precursor to journaling, a continued meditation and/or a good rest.

Welcome to this practice of wholeness,

Where we take pause any time of day and reflect inwardly with great love and self-acceptance for ourselves right where we are,

Just as we are,

Knowing that we are enough in this very moment in time.

Taking a comfortable seat or lying down,

Closing your eyes or softening your gaze,

Bringing your attention inwardly,

Allowing the breath to be that guide,

The bridge for your awareness,

For your focus,

For your attention to be placed upon yourself for just a few minutes,

Noticing the belly and the chest gently rising and falling with your breath.

No need to change your breath in any way,

Just noticing and allowing the breath just as it is to flow naturally and freely,

Receiving its support for yourself fully,

Leaning in to the grace and the peace that can be found just by simply allowing your breath to support you.

Perhaps even thanking the breath for all that it does without us even having to place any effort at all on it.

Take a breath and allowing all of your body,

Your whole body to soften,

To be held right where you are,

To release any tension where it might be calling you,

And even thanking the tension for being there for you to have the opportunity to steer towards taking on a different state and ask whatever places of tension that there may be to try on something else.

Imagine these places being willing to listen to your guidance and at least steer themselves more towards that same sense of peace,

Of grace that you found in the effortlessness of your breath.

The whole body being steered by your awareness towards embodied peace,

A remembered okayness with all things just as they are.

Allow this love and acceptance of all things just as they are to envelop you and all parts of yourself wholly and deeply.

Take a couple of deep breaths as you conclude your practice and perhaps you feel like now writing about how you feel for just a few minutes or drawing a picture or painting.

Perhaps you feel like you could lie down and or stay lying down and rest for a bit,

Deepening further and further into your state of remembered already wholeness just as you are.
