Transcript

Chronic pelvic pain can feel frustrating and isolating.

This meditation offers loving kindness toward your body,

Bringing compassion and healing energy.

Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale and a long,

Soft exhale.

As you breathe,

Imagine a warm,

Golden light filling your chest and expanding outward with each breath.

Let this golden light and energy of loving kindness keep expanding towards the outer edges of your body,

Including your pelvic bowl.

My body can trust me.

I can trust my body.

May I release what no longer serves me.

Release what no longer serves me.

If resistance or emotions arise for you,

Simply notice them with compassion.

Continue sending loving energy to your pelvis wherever you feel discomfort,

Visualizing it bathed in warm,

Luscious,

Loving light.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Tender,

Loving kindness with you throughout your day.
