Luteal phases often have the reputation of being a hard phase to experience and deal with because of PMS.

This practice integrates guided journaling with some meditation to support emotional balance and ease or even eradication of any PMS symptoms in luteal phase.

By connecting with your inner wisdom,

You can navigate this phase with greater awareness and self-compassion before your bleeding comes.

So find a quiet space and have your journal nearby,

Close your eyes,

And take a slow deep breath in.

Then exhale fully,

Releasing any tension.

Bring awareness to your womb,

Placing a gentle hand over your lower belly.

Inhale deeply,

Sending breath into this space,

And exhale,

Softening any discomfort or emotions.

As you continue breathing,

Reflect on the following journal prompts.

What emotions are present for me today?

What does my body need during this phase of my cycle?

How can I honor those needs and offer myself more compassion and care?

Close your eyes again and take a few deep breaths.

I embrace this phase with love.

Place your hands over your heart and take a final deep breath in.

Exhale slowly,

Grounding yourself in gratitude.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling clarity and balance moving forward through the rest of your cycle.
