This has personally helped me navigate and overcome painful experiences in intimacy. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, returning to movement or intimacy, or simply needing a pause, this practice offers a way to calm the (physical and emotional) pain cycle and reconnect with your body from a place of safety and power.
