No matter what's going on right now,
No matter how many thoughts are racing around your mind,
No matter how the body is feeling,
Take a moment to pause.
Take a big deep breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Feeling in that air.
Feeling the lungs expanding.
Letting go of the stress in the body,
In the mind.
Feeling the muscles soften as you do this and relax.
I invite you to continue doing this,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Relieving the pressure,
Letting go of the stress in the body and the mind.
Allowing thoughts to come and go and just gently watching them pass by.
Feeling in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And begin to gently open your eyes in your own time.
