Brinny is a non binary, neurodivergent mind and body coach, facilitator and advisor. Their work supports trans, non binary, queer and neurodivergent communities. They specialise in creating safe and accessible, inclusive and affirming spaces queer people to connect with their bodies and improve their mental health. They create practices and spaces that feel safe, allowing people to show up exactly as they are with busy minds. They are currently a Health and Wellness advisor for Calm and run fitness classes for trans+ adults in Brighton for the charity Not a Phase.
