They specialise in creating safe and accessible, inclusive and affirming spaces queer people to connect with their bodies and improve their mental health. They create practices and spaces that feel safe, allowing people to show up exactly as they are with busy minds. They are currently a Health and Wellness advisor for Calm and run fitness classes for trans+ adults in Brighton for the charity Not a Phase.

2/17~Loved this. It’s another snowy morning in February and just when then snow ❄️ was melting and it was feeling like spring on the horizon..boom 💥more snow . And I just wanted to go back under the covers ..but I saw the birds were hungry so I put on my winter gear to fill the empty bird feeders ..I didn’t feel like it .. :) z and then I was putting on a loving kindness meditation here on I.T. ..it cut off and then I came upon this. Just what I needed . I said I’d take a commitment which now I don’t feel like doing . Life is full of that I guess as long as we balance it with self care . Staying in the moment helps and knowing we’re not alone in the feeling of not wanting to do it . 🙃thanks !

I love doing this meditation because I tend to put a lot of pressure on doing everyyyything “right” or “perfectly”. But this meditation changes small pieces of me that cling to perfection into pieces of peace within me that not everything will be perfect

Felt like I witnessed my higher self comfort my younger self. I normally don't get visuals this was really nice experience. I feel okay and it was nice to meet an emotional need on my own without external indulgence. Appreciate this meditation.
