Hello friends,

Today we are going to move together through a 5 minute meditation,

Revolved around bringing peace to the mind.

Please find a comfortable place to sit,

Either on a chair or on the floor with the spine straight,

Placing your hands,

Palms facing up either on your knees or in your lap.

And gently close your eyes.

Now bring your awareness to your breath,

Your inhalations and your exhalations.

Lying deep through the nose and exhaling,

Sighing out of the mouth.

Slowly and totally relaxing the physical body.

Repeating this breath in through the nose and exhaling,

Sighing out of the mouth for the next few moments,

Allowing any thoughts that enter the mind to dissipate on their own by recognizing the thought,

Accepting the thought and then letting it go.

Slowly decluttering the mind.

Now come back to the natural breath,

In and out of the nose,

Feeling the rise and fall of the belly with each and every breath,

Deepening the breath.

Inhaling,

One,

Two,

Three and exhaling,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling,

One,

Two,

Three and exhaling,

Three,

Two,

One.

Aware of the oxygen entering the nostrils and filling the diaphragm with each inhale and then letting go,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Allowing the belly to sink with each exhale,

Connecting and unifying with the breath prana.

Beginning to bring awareness back into the physical body,

Wiggling the fingers,

The toes,

Bringing your awareness back into the space around you,

Gently,

Slowly opening your eyes.

Thank you for meditating with me.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

Namaste.
