It might only be a fleeting sense of colour.
But when you are ready,
Imagining your compassionate colour surrounding your whole body.
Then,
Imagine this entering through your heart space.
And slowly through your entire body.
You may prefer to think of the colour like a mist or light that's flowing through you.
As this happens,
Try to focus on this colour as having wisdom,
Strength and warmth.
Find the key quality of kindness.
Creating a facial expression of kindness on your own face.
Now,
As you imagine the colour flowing through your entire body.
Focus on the feeling that the sole purpose of this colour is to help you.
To strengthen you and support you.
Do not worry if your mind takes you away.
Perhaps gently smiling to yourself.
Returning to your body's natural breathing rhythm.
And continue with the exercise.
All the while.
Meeting it with compassion,
Patience and non-judgmentalism.
