In this guided meditation, attention is brought to the jaw for the purpose of releasing tension that may be stored here. Focus is also on the mouth, lips, tongue, and throat. Breath and stillness are utilized as points of concentration. Gentle movements/exercises are offered to help relieve tightness. Three vowel sounds are used to create vibration, stretch the mouth and lips, and release stress in the jaw and throat. Soft music plays throughout the meditation.
