Let's take a moment to lean into acceptance.
Find comfort in your seat,
Close your eyes,
And begin watching your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
The breath flowing in its own pace and rhythm.
You simply watching,
Observing.
As you sit here,
Observing the movement of your breath,
Begin to bring your awareness into what's present for you right now.
Observe any sensations in your body.
Notice your energy level and where your attention might sit in this moment.
Be present to what is.
And now looking even deeper,
Begin to notice where your thoughts go.
What's present in your mind right now?
What feelings emerge in the moment?
Do they stimulate your body in some way?
Simply notice.
Allow whatever's there to be there.
No judgment,
No trying to change anything.
Just allow.
As you settle into this awareness of allowing,
Notice how that feels.
What do you observe within yourself in this state of allowing?
By allowing yourself to be as you are,
You are accepting all of you.
You are not turning yourself away from any part of you,
But accepting yourself fully.
That which you like and that which you don't like.
There's not a single part of you that isn't trying to serve you.
Everything has a purpose.
You are that purpose.
As you learn to settle in and accept yourself as you are,
Moment to moment,
You open up possibility for change.
In this way,
There's no forcing.
There's less resistance.
And your innate wisdom of what truly matters can arise.
So take a moment now to observe allowing,
Acceptance,
And possibility.
And sit here within this space of you receiving and integrating this awareness.
Take some time to connect with your breath to honor this process fully.
And then once you feel ready,
Truly ready,
Slowly begin to open your eyes and begin to experience the world around you with more acceptance.
