This is a one-minute stress buster to help manage uncertainty in times of Covid-19, using the breath as an anchor, calming the nervous system and bringing peace to the body and mind. Through deep breathing, we can cut through a buildup of agitation and replace it with calm.

A one minute breathing space to cut through the stress and give your mind and nervous system a reset first of all allowing your weight to drop down into gravity feeling the weight going down through the feet,

The bottom of your sitting on a chair and now breathing in and breathing out allowing the breath to flow all the way out and then the next in breath to quite naturally flow in again keep doing this,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Making sure you allow the out breath its full exhalation and each time you breathe out allowing the weight to drop down into gravity and seeing if you can come back to this many times a day,

Breath deep in the body,

Out breath all the way out resting in gravity,

Your mind and your nervous system will be grateful I wish you all the best

Thank you so very much for this! There are times when I can't squeeze in a tiny three minute meditation, but I can still do this. It's amazing how much tension I was carrying I'm my body without even realizing it! Now my body is more relaxed and my mind is calmer too.
