A one minute breathing space to cut through the stress and give your mind and nervous system a reset first of all allowing your weight to drop down into gravity feeling the weight going down through the feet,
The bottom of your sitting on a chair and now breathing in and breathing out allowing the breath to flow all the way out and then the next in breath to quite naturally flow in again keep doing this,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Making sure you allow the out breath its full exhalation and each time you breathe out allowing the weight to drop down into gravity and seeing if you can come back to this many times a day,
Breath deep in the body,
Out breath all the way out resting in gravity,
