Three stage breathing space to just start by just settling down into the body and just feeling the sensations of the body how does the body feel what thoughts are going through your mind what's the emotional tone of your experience what's the emotional tone of your experience and now start to gather your awareness around your breath including your breath in your experience bring your awareness down into your belly bring your awareness down into your belly feeling the breath there and just stay with the sensations of the breath down in the belly relax your shoulders and soften your chest and start to broaden your awareness out through your body and you can imagine the breath flowing out,
Expanding out through your body and then broaden the awareness out into the room around you have a sense of the chair or the cushion beneath you the temperature,
The sounds inside the room,
Outside the room the weight of your body and when you're ready and when you're ready,
