Kat is an accredited Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, offering group workshops and classes, both online and face-to-face. Kat is currently completing her MSc in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, with a keen interest in mindful self-compassion. She has been meditating for almost a decade, and is passionate about sharing this practice as a tool to manage stress, depression, and anxiety, as well sustain wellbeing.
