Tori is a Yin Yoga teacher focused on breath, body awareness, and nervous system support. She began her personal practice in 2014 and transitioned into teaching professionally in 2020 after experiencing burnout while working in veterinary medicine. That turning point deepened her commitment to practices that support regulation, rest, and sustainable well-being. Her offerings are simple, grounding, and designed to help you slow down, soften, and release tension held in the body. Through gentle guidance, she invites you to reconnect with your breath, listen inward, and build trust in your body’s natural rhythm. There is no pressure and no need to get it “right”—just a supportive space to come back to yourself, exactly as you are.
