Welcome,
Welcome to your breathwork practice with breathe.
Here in this short session,
You will gain clarity,
Presence,
And awareness.
Doing so in a state of rest and restore.
Today,
We will be breathing in circular pattern,
No beginning,
No end,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
We will be starting off nice and slow,
Breathing in for four seconds and out for four seconds.
Then I will cue you to speed up the tempo,
Breathing in for two seconds,
Out for two.
Starting to lie down,
Placing a thin pillow beneath your head,
Using a mask if it feels good,
Having a blanket nearby in case you get cold.
I invite you to close down your eyes,
Begin to gently bring your awareness inward,
Allowing the outside world to fade away and simply arrive now in your body,
In this space.
You are held,
You are safe,
You are home.
Take a cleansing,
Deep breath in through your nose,
With that open mouth exhale.
At this time,
Starting to connect to that circular breath,
Breathing in two,
Three,
Four,
Out two,
Three,
Four,
Breathe in and out.
Breathing in and out,
In,
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale it out,
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale it out.
Staying with that connected circular breath,
No beginning,
No end,
Visualizing that circle or sphere,
Never ending,
Letting it go,
Visualizing that circle,
The fluidity,
The continuity,
Of your breath.
You are safe,
You are open,
You are loved.
Your only job is to breathe without pause,
Starting to notice any mental resistance you may be feeling.
I invite you to lean in,
It must be revealed,
Then felt,
To be your medicine,
To be the guide.
Still without pause,
Just slowing down,
Starting to slow even more,
Coming down to natural breath as we enter integration,
Allowing any insight or wisdom that came through to crystallize into your awareness.
This is your time to just be and receive.
