When journeying into your womb for healing and reclamation,

Staying with that conscious connected breath,
Or left side of your pelvis where the hip and pelvic bones meet,
Keeping your fingers together,
Slightly bent and relaxed,
Slide off the bone and apply comfortable pressure onto that soft tissue,
Your lower abdomen,
Again finding the depth where you first met resistance and maintain that consistent pressure as you slowly zigzag upward toward the navel again.
You may notice some increased tension while engaging with these side strokes,
Meeting resistance but not pushing past.
You are also massaging over your ovaries,
Encouraging help,
Bringing them up slightly towards your navel onto the soft tissue,
Hovering over,
Feeling deeply connected to your body and womb.
Having opened the lymphatic and circulatory flow of your pelvic bowl,
We will now engage in a womb spiral.
Move your fingers in a clockwise circular motion,
Starting small and allowing the circle to grow to the edges of your hip bones and back.
This spiral invokes the opening of one shakti energy in the void of the womb.
As you continue to massage your womb and spiral,
Focusing on any areas that feel tense or tender,
Imagine these areas as knots of trapped energy as you gently breathe into them.
With each exhale,
Visualizing releasing any stored trauma,
