
Om Namah Shivaya Mantra Meditation
In this 20-minute meditation, I will guide you through a chanting meditation using the mantra ‘Mm Namah Shivaya. To ground and connect to the heart before we start, we first connect to something in nature that we love. We will then chant out loud for some time before directing the mantra inwards and chanting silently to ourselves. We end by sitting in silence to let the energies of the mantra integrate into all layers of our being.
