In this 20-minute meditation, I will guide you through a chanting meditation using the mantra ‘Mm Namah Shivaya. To ground and connect to the heart before we start, we first connect to something in nature that we love. We will then chant out loud for some time before directing the mantra inwards and chanting silently to ourselves. We end by sitting in silence to let the energies of the mantra integrate into all layers of our being.

Let's close our eyes and bring your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your right And bring to mind Some aspect of nature that you love Could be anything Flower plant the ocean the sky The view out here your window or some window you've been to in your life something that you just Adore And let that image kind of sink into your mind and sink into your heart can imagine yourself Being with that place or Flower or a thing that's on your mind And during our practice today you can always Bring that back to your mind if you want to sort of generate that feeling again You could even just leave it there the whole time if that's possible for you And as we chant today,
